I've never been much of a "fair" person. Last year I made mistakes and became friends with the person in charge of it and ended up helping with it. I loved it! This year, I didn't get the chance to help out with it, but I did get to go and enter the Iron Chef Competition with Renee White. We entered last year for the first time and didn't do very well, but we had a blast! This year, we felt a little more prepared and still had a blast! I felt we might take 3rd place (if we placed at all) and was a little disappointed when both 3rd and 2nd were announced, but turned to Renee and told her that our friend Trisa Harris had just taken 1st. Needless to say, we were both extremely surprised to hear our number called for first. Zorn and Kendell both told me that they were surprised that we beat Trisa! That's the kind of support we had from our family! But even had we not won, I really enjoy the whole experience! I can't wait for next year!!!
