I have started a new blog. It is my journey through my weight loss!
I am nervous/excited about this. It has been on my mind quite a bit. I debated this, knowing people will be reading about my weight. But I am doing it. Please let me know if you'd like to do this with me.
I am not doing any pills, fad diets, or cheats. It is just me, watching what I eat, and exercising. I will post any healthy meals I find, that taste good to me and my family. I will post days that I fall off and eat like crap. It's just me, being me.
